Reduce 1x is a vibrational charged based medium of liquid hcg in a Kosher certified vegetable glycerine, purified water, (ph natural) Liquid trace mineral and botanicals. Additional Ingredients: Glycerin (one of the main materials we are utilizing) holds to vibration and molecular microencapsulating properties much better and as a carrying medium will hold the vibration much longer.
