Jumping for Joy, Relief, I did it, Excited,  is how I feel at the start of Phase 3!

Phase 3 is the MOST IMPORTANT PHASE.  If you don’t stabilize your weight loss you will likely gain weight back.  If you complete all of your maintenance, you have an excellent chance of maintaining your weight loss long term.

For the next 3 weeks NO Sugars or Starch. If you gain more than 2 lbs over what weight you were the day you stopped taking HCG do a steak day (Follow Phase 3 Guidelines)  Don’t forget  to join The HCG Diet Recipe Club. Here you will find awesome recipes for Phase 3 that will make this Phase a cinch compared to Phase 2.
