I ran out of HCG and have only completed 3 load days, and 20 low calorie days. What will happen because I did not complete 21 days of the low calorie days, and missed it by 1 day?
Nothing other than you won’t lose anymore. I would just proceed on to your maintenance phases after your 72 hours. You can always do another round later. Concentrate on a successful Phase 3 & 4.
i did the VLCD for 23 days and lost 16 lbs the last 4 days i didnt lose anything. which is why i stopped i even did and apple day and was still stuck at the same weight. so i stopped the diet, i never did a steak day because my weight didnt fluctuate the first couple of days. i started working out pretty intensely right away to gain back the strength and muscle i had lost. anyway my question is do i need to do a steak day because ive been putting on lbs not inches but i also havent lost any more its been about three weeks and iiim worried my hypothalamus is not right. is it to late for a steak day or what should i do ?
After the 3rd week most people only lose 2-3 pounds a week max. (women). However, you lose more inches at that point. That is why I usually recommend people don’t stay on it more then a month. Steak Days are for Phase 3 if you go over 2 lbs from the day you stopped taking the HCG. You should not lose weight once you are off the diet because it is muscle you would be losing not fat. If you gain more then 2 lbs one day I would do a steak day the very next day. Otherwise stay on track eating well and exercising.
when taking control 10x do i need to do the same diet in phase 2 just do 1200 cal. instead?
The Control 10x has no HCG in it. Therefore you need to do a 1200 calorie diet. The closer you can stick to the types of foods you have in phase 2 the better but you should incorporate some fat and whole grains in my opinion.
